| Frequently Asked Questions |
| How do I get a pool access key? |
All families must register at the beginning of the summer listing names of all members who are included under their membership (Please have a current ID for verification with you). You must have your Heritage Farm Home Owners Dues current before receiving your access key. Access keys will be distributed at your first visit to the pool. Each HOME will be issued ONE (1) access key. It is important not to lose your access key (See cost for replacement costs below.) A master list (updated periodically) of those eligible pool users will be kept in the office.
NOTE:
If your access key is lost or stolen notify the Pool Committee or POA Board members for a new access key. A new key can be purchased for the sum of $40.00 and must be paid for at the time it is picked up. Your lost or stolen key will be deleted from the pool membership database and will not operate if someone attempts to use it. |

| POA will provide a certified swim instructor if available upon request. Cost for lessons and schedule will be set by swim instructor. All fees will be paid directly to the instructor, not the H.F.P.O.A. |
| The street light near my house has gone out. How can it be fixed? |
| You will need to call the utility company that services your home. Either call First Electric or Benton Utilities and give them the address of the yard that it is located on and they should be able to assist you with this matter. |
| My mailbox fell off the post. Who is responsible for fixing it? |
It's the responsibility of the homeowner to fix the mailbox if it comes off. If it is damaged by some means and a new post is required, it has to be the SAME as all others in the subdivision and is available for purchase thru the HFPOA.
Please email HFPOA Board for assistance in purchasing a new post. |
