Pool and Recreation Area

The Heritage Farm Pool and Recreation area is available to all residents.
Guests are permitted when accompanied by a resident ($4 per guest).

Volunteers Needed!
We need volunteers to help maintain our new facilities. You can help by dontaing 2 hours
per month to assist with cleaning the pool and recreation area. Please help by signing up
for volunteer duties using the volunteer form.

Pavilion
|
A spacious pavilion is available and can be reserved for parties and gatherings
(see calendar on right).
- The Pavilion can be reserved by a Heritage Farm Sub-Division Resident for their use. Coordinate the rental of the Pavilion with the Pool Manager or contact a HFPOA Pool Committee Member/ HFPOA Board Member.
- Rental Fees are: $25.00 for a 5 hour time slot plus a deposit of $75.00. The deposit will be returned upon inspection of premises to verify that it is clean and no damage has occurred.
- You may reserve the Pavilion for the entire day if there is no other conflict or scheduled event. The fee is $50.00 for the day plus a deposit of $75.00. The deposit will be returned upon inspection of the premises to verify that it is clean and no damage has occurred.
Rental Times Are:
10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
